At Erin Lane Estate, we stand behind the timeless quality of our curated home collections and offer a 14-day return window for most items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that due to their unique nature, certain antique and custom-made pieces are considered final sale.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your item in its original professional crates or boxes, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
For oversized furniture and fragile estates, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to schedule a professional pickup from your residence.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned item and verify its original condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
